Swansea College GCSE Courses Payment Options
At Swansea College, we have options to suit you and your finances, so payment is easy. Here’s a breakdown of the payment methods we accept.
Option 1. Credit Card or Debit Card
Whether you’d rather pay by debit card or credit card, we’ve got you covered. Our secure payment system will process your transaction easily and efficiently. Sometime additional fees may apply
Option 2. Monthly Payment Facility
Our simple monthly payment option gives you flexibility when you need it most. You can even choose the date when your direct debit is taken.
Once you have paid your first instalment, you can then split the rest of the course fees across up to 6 monthly payments for added flexibility.
The monthly payments themselves are interest-free, so there’s no need to worry about extra hidden costs or additional charges.

Please note: with the monthly payment plan, non-payment of direct debits will lead to course access being suspended.
How and when can I apply?
You can apply before the start of the Autumn term to pay the deposit and enrolment fee, or before the start of the Spring term to pay the school fees for both the Spring and Summer terms or before the Summer term to pay for this one school term.
Should you wish to continue using our monthly payment plan in future years, you will not need to reapply, we will set up a monthly plan for the following academic year, unless you have advised us otherwise and that you do not wish to continue.
We may, in some instances, need to contact you for additional information to complete the process for future terms, once received and verified we will always send you confirmation of your schedule of repayments, no later than 5 working days before your first payment date.
