  • Autumn Exams: Email has been sent out for Certificate Collection, please follow the steps in the email.

  • Exam dates alternative site: Please refer to the published alternative site examination dates schedule. There are five scheduled dates where exams will be held at the alternative site. All students are required to print a copy of these dates for reference. Please note that all other examinations will take place at the Mansel Street campus. It is your responsibility to attend the correct venue as stated.

  • Speaking Assessments : All speaking assessments are held at 18 Mansel St Swansea SA1 5SG, you must arrive 20 mins prior to your exam time.

  • MOCK ASSESSMENTS – IMPORTANT NOTICE

    Mock assessments will take place from 26th March to 2nd April.
    The assessment timetable will be available on Wednesday 4th March. Students must check their timetable carefully and raise any queries promptly.

    If you have not already informed us of your preference for in-person or online assessment, you must do so by the end of today. This is essential to enable final planning and room allocation.

    These mocks are a key performance indicator ahead of the summer examinations and will be conducted under full exam conditions.

    Student Expectations:

    Confirm your assessment preference by today

    Attend all scheduled assessments

    Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time

    Bring the correct equipment (black pens, pencil, calculator where permitted)

  • Contingency Date 2026 : Wednesday 24 June 2026

  • Exam entry confirmation will be sent from Wednesday 18 February, this process can take up to 10 working days

  • WJEC English Language speaking assessment date confirmed 6 March from 10am

  • Exam Timetable Clash

    If you are entered for examinations at two different centres and have identified a timetable clash, you must complete the online application form.

    1. If the clash is between two exams taking place at Swansea College, this will be managed internally. The revised arrangements will be clearly shown on your official exam timetable. Supervised lunch arrangements may be required.

    2. If the clash involves another centre, a transfer fee will apply.

    It is your responsibility to report any clashes as soon as possible to avoid disruption to your exam entries.
