Course Overview

Our AQA GCSE Geography online course provides a great overview of its two main branches: environmental geography and human geography. You’ll get to explore social issues affecting food supply and economic development, such as population growth, migration and human settlement. Looking at the natural world, you’ll grapple with the causes of natural disasters and weather formations, covering volcanoes, earthquakes, rivers and more!

The GCSE Geography online course will develop your analytical and interpretive skills as you learn to read and evaluate diagrams showing weather and climate data and identify the causes of environmental change. For anyone wishing to study geography at A-level or university, this course provides the foundation knowledge of the relationship between humankind and the planet we inhabit.

The online course measures progression and assesses understanding with;

Course structure – Self-study option

  • Total course – 160 hours online
  • Students are expected to study 6 hours per week, independently
Course fees – Self-study Option
  • Enrolment fee: £80
  • Course fee: £495
Instalments available over 8 months (Sept- April) –pay £46.90 per month (after
deducting the application fee)

  3. Pay the application fee of £200 (the application fee is made up of £80 enrolment fee and £120 towards the course fee, this fee is non-refundable)
